These are great. I love them. They stay on, the sound is great and the battery life is great too. I bought the smaller ones, and I'm glad I did. There still is plenty of room in the smalls if my head was bigger. They are pretty comfortable.
I use these every day and this is my third set because they work so well. The charge holds well, and the water resistance is a great feature. Best of all its outside of my ear lobe which is a nice break from all other earphone types.
Had a pair of the previous Trekz Aftershokz. Wore them non stop until the band broke (inevitable with the amount of wear and tear). 2+ years. This new one is even better. The mini is smaller than the last one, which fits better for my smaller head. The sound is better than before. They've reduced the size of the button, which is an improvement. All in all, a great upgrade.
Wearing my OpenRun headphones around the home allow me to listen to my audio programs without restricting my ability to hear others in the home, pets, door opening/closing, text alerts, and phone calls. I gifted a pair to each of my two sons so I know they can still hear me in the home, even with headphones on!
I really like them for walking and working out. It isn't a seamless switch from MP3 to phone though. You have to resync each time and this isn't an easy deal for my MP3, so I just use it for walking and working out.
