I absolutely love the OpenRun Shokz. Initially, I bought the OpenAir version and let my son try them out, and then he bought the OpenRun Pro and I was impressed enough with them to upgrade to the OpenRun. So far I've convinced one co-worker, both of my parents, and now my brother is rumored to be buying a pair. I love that I can wear them while cycling and still be alert to my surroundings. They are lightweight, comfortable and the call quality is great! I'm definitely glad that I purchased them.

Charging Cable

love the device.
only issue is with the charging cable, my device is about 6 months old and the charging cable stop working. the unit does come with a spare and that is working.
Called support thinking that the cable would be replaced under warranty and was informed the cable is not included under warranty and that I can go on the website and purchase a new one!
My question is "do these charging cables quit working around the 6 month mark!!
Did a google search on this and it seems to be an issues.
So do I need to purchase a new cable every six months?

Best investment I ever made I walk outdoors every morning and I can listen to a podcast or music and at the same time be aware of my surroundings cars or people or bikes close to me so they’re fantastic best thing I ever did

Mini Open Run aids

I like that it doesn't have to go into the ear. It took me a while to understand how to turn them on and off but once I did, it has been easy. I like the mini option, fits perfectly on my head.
