Old is Better

I replace an older pair of Aeropex with the Openrun. I think my equipment paired better with the Aeropex than the Openrun. Other little things are different also, not sure how to explain them. Not enjoying as as Aeropex.;//////////////////

I would have given a 5th star but the old ones came in a nice carrying case and had two magnetic chargers. I still use both one for home and one for work.

I listen to books while working in my yard. I can go 7-9 hours at a stretch. The battery life is fantastic as is the sound quality, while still allowing me to hear other sounds around me. My Apple Airpods die after about 4 hours. They now sit in their case, as a not likely back up. Oh and the Airpods fall out of my ears, but not to bash them they do have good sound quality for something that blocks my ears.
This is my second pair of Shokz and I am amazed at their ruggedness and lightness on my head. I often forget I'm wearing them. Great product for a great price

They are super comfortable and sound good. Phone calls area far easier than many other headsets. I think I might have been better off with the mini (size-wise) but not sure without trying that model. Would recommend for sure with a caveat.
One gripe, now I have another unique power cable to keep track of. If you misplace this cable, you have a very ineffective paper-weight. That's why 4 stars. My lady has a different shokz model and they use a USB-C cable and I could not find a single thing about the power cable online (not even on shokz website) prior to purchase - it does seem that detail is a significant oversight in the product description (I eventually found it in the 96 page user manual online). I was hoping this pair would have charge via a usb-c cable. Alas no. If I misplace the power cable, that might be reason enough to find another product that uses usb-c.
I understand they are meant for exercise and a magnetic charger makes more sense given potential sweat and moisture but why not make that fact fairly obvious prior to opening the package?

Loved so much I bought my husband a pair

I bought a pair a year ago to use when running. I loved them so much that I bought my husband a pair just recently for when he works out. He is a HUGE fan as well. They are super easy to set up. Great sound quality and they stay firmly in place when working out - lifting, running, rowing, you name it.
