Love my shocks have been using them for at least 4 years have recommended them to public hundreds of people Purchased one for my Uncle who's 90 said it's the best thing since Sugar from his sweetheart so everyone I've introduced them to love them

Excellent Device, needs quality control

I really enjoy Shokz headsets as I'm fairly active outdoors and need to hear ambient sounds while enjoying whatever I'm listening to as well. This is my second set, but unfortunately the rubber covers over the vibrating parts has come off on both sides requiring me to glue them back. This did not happen with my first set and I hope it doesn't mean a drop in overall quality. I'd still buy them again, but am a bit disappointed.

Device would be great if the band wasn't to big. The back sticks out 2 inches which hits my cast or whatever I have on. Also makes it difficult to wear when on thr yoga mat.

This is my third pair of shokz. First set quit after a couple years, and lost the second (left behind ina hotel room). Latest version is best yet in terms of sound quality and Bluetooth connectivity. Really like being able to hear what’s going on around me as well as music/podcasts while out on my run.

I have owned for 2 weeks now and I absolutely love the comfort especially. I love listening to music, podcasts and audiobooks on them. The only reason I could not give them a 5 star is that I have had several phone calls in which I have been told that they could not here me due to reverb if I was moving around. It seems to be when I am in my basement (my office) which I realize has some limitations however I never experienced any problems with my ear buds from the fruit company in same location. I really do like these very much and really hope I am able to use them for work in my office without any issues (I can hear fine however I had 3 customers tell me they could not understand what I was saying due to reverb and I walked outside to finish call with no problems)
