I have Open Run and love them. Not just for running or walking, I use them all day long for phone calls, music, podcasts and audiobooks. Very easy to set up and control, comfortable, excellent sound quality I have Apple Air Pods and Bose headphones but prefer the Open Run. I have black ones but just gave a pair of red ones as a gift and I like that color too. Because of the small size and flexibility of the band, I can fall asleep with them, even though I sleep on my side.

I had many, in the ears, headphone type. Inconfortable and giving me somme kind of harsh.
Instead of talking about the joy to own them let's talk about the aftersales service.
I have read few bad reviews but by my experience with the team called: CUSTOMER HAPPINESS MAKER is rating over many, so called: aftersales service.
at the beginning the communication was slow but once that the train gets on rails , every steps went greats, because my needs under waranty was well explained.
At the final point, MAY, helped me trough the process and I got more than expected.
my rate would be more than 5
You can trust the headphone and the aftersales service.
VERY IMPORTANT TIPS: I CAN LISTEN TO MY SMART TV (bluetooth capable) TROUGH MY HEADPHONES

LOVE my Shokz!

I love being able to hear what's going on around me and still listen to music, phone calls, movies, etc. When I get questions on what's on my ears, I like to let the questioner listen and watch their face when they hear the sound. It's like it right in the room with you, but you don't bother anyone else. I'm almost a salesperson for these without even trying.
