I have been a customer since almost the beginning. Started wearing these before the mainstream even knew about them. I have my original pair, and they still work great. Bought the waterproof ones and love them, and finally just bought a new smaller slimmer pair! I am hooked and have hooked at least four other people! Love this product.

I originally purchased a set of these for my wife, as she had tried on a pair of AfterShokz at a family function. When hers arrived, we figured out that she'd require the mini version. Instead of exchange them, we decided to gift the pair to my brother (who can use them with his hearing-aids), and purchase another set for my wife. I tried her (mini) on and fell in love... enough to purchase myself a pair!
In total, including gifts for the holidays, we've purchased six pairs and LOVE them; I'm sure those receiving Shokz headphones in my family will also be thrilled. We did find out that pairing a second device (in this case, phone) isn't as intuitive as some other headsets, but if you google it you'll find the answer. My only recommendation is to make them adjustable in size, instead of fixed sizes. Even the mini has extra space around the back of my head.
Overall, we're very satisfied.

It did take a little bit to get used to having them around my ears. But once I did they feel very comfortable and the sound is great. Very good product.

Great for everything that isn’t too loud outside. Even on bike with road noise it worked great. Bass is not where you would hope but the trade off is worth it.

Perfect for running. I hate any in-the-ear buds; no matter the size, after 10 minutes they hurt my ears. These are light weight, great sound and they NEVER bother me. I like the mini size so there isn't any extra band in the back. I bought a pair and a week later, bought another pair for my husband.
