Comfortable and good sound

I was hesitant about trying these - I have another brand of bone conduction headphones that are very uncomfortable and have very mediocre sound.
From the first I was impressed with these. The sound isn't as good as some of the high-end headphones or true wireless ANC high fidelity - on the other hand, I don't have to pull these off my head or out of my ears to have a conversation . . .
. . . and the sound is MUCH better than I expected.
I've also used these for phone conversations and my voice comes through clearly.
I highly recommend them!

Does what it supposed to. Be able to listen to the music while be able to hear everything else going on surrounding you.
Light weight and comfortable fit
not the audiophile quality but decent sounds that’s good enough for the workout music.
Good microphone pickup even while the workout (skiing)
Control buttons are bit too small with any gloves (even with the thin liner gloves)
Not the best design if planning to use neck gator as mask covering mouth/nose to ears, as the back strap will interfere. Please recommend me with any good mask solution to use while skiing etc with neck gator ;)

The only thing about these is the battery connection. Sometimes when I hook it up, it says charging, but later when I come to get it it hasn’t charged at all. Same problem with the last other pair I got from you. I liked the plug in variation better, when it said charging, it was! Other than that the smaller size fits wonderfully on my head!?

After my first pair unfortunately fell out of my pocket and were subsequently run over, I didn’t hesitate to order another pair! I love the open ear design so you can listen to music/podcasts/other media while still being able to hear ambient surroundings. They are also even comfortable enough to sleep in if you like say listening to white noise but your sleeping partner does not.
