Love the 'mini' option! I had original Aftershokz, loved the sound but it was very challenging and sometimes uncomfortable to lie down and listen, not so with the mini.

Love these so much that I gifted them to my sisters and nieces. They have ear piercings that make in-ear buds uncomfortable. For me, I get ear pain while traveling by plane, so these allow me to wear earplanes (earplugs to alleviate ear pain from air pressure) and still listen to music or watch movies. I also wear them when I’m out and about, working out, or just hanging out at home! Very happy with this product.

Needed to buy a new pair of headphones , as my old Shokz were old and became unusable. I bought some cheaper, non-Shokz, and the sound was awful, so I returned back to Shokz. Love them.

Battery does not last as

Battery does not last as long as my 3 year old ones. You remade the packaging and that was a waste of money.
You now only send 1 charge cord instead of 2. You changed the name and did not make improvements. Sounds like a 10 year old girl making the announcements.

I enjoy being able to hear what is going on around me, but at times I can not hear what is playing through my Shokz. I feel that if I could adjust the cable so that I can position the conduction piece it would help.

I became a huge fan of Shokz four years ago, and am still a big suporter of these unique headphones! And another thing is that their customer service is second to none. I thought I had lost my set of headphones so I ordered a new pair. Then somehow they turned up but I had already recieved my replacement order. I talked to their customer service and they told me exactly how to rewritten l return this set. I decided to keep them and give them as a present to my friend for his birthday! Shokz has unparalleled customer service and they make a great product!! It's a win for everyone!
