Very comfortable headset. Can wear on the subway and listen to my stuff. I've never been able to find something that stays in my ear. Now I don't have to! Excellent product. Bravo!

Like that there was an option for the “mini” size. Set up was a little less smooth and doesn’t seem like the charge holds as long as my last set though. Sound clarity is still great though!

Mic and Soft Phone Blues

This is my third pair of shokz and I love them, but they are unusable for my work. With every single pair (three!) the mic stops working almost immediately. First, I tried opencomm and now with openrun. It won't work on my Android or my soft phone. I was hoping the third time would be a charm, but this is ridiculous and now I'm regretting this third chance. They fit perfectly and the sound is decent, but now it's just an expensive pair to listen to audiobooks.

The first headphone I bought was for my daughter who is deaf in one ear. With the excellent bone conduction of this headphone, she hears perfectly with both ears. The next one I bought for me for bike riding and exercise walking was great letting me hear my music plus cars and people around me. Unfortunately I accidentally broke them by putting them in my suitcase unprotected. I now have a new pair and a protective case as well. The sound is even better and connecting them to a device is easier than ever.

I bought these back in February 2023. I love that I can wear ear plugs and hear my music just fine, slightly muffled and base is lounder but not overpowering. The battery for me lasts about 12 hours on loud and 14 hours on medium. I've dropped these several times and have had no issues. I sweat on them and had no issues. The only thing is I have a big head and they don't stay on my ears when I'm moving a lot so I have to readjust them. I love the headband that comes with them. Overall 9 out of 10 stars.
