Open Run Shokz.
there are many times that the connection to my iphone sounds garbled or whoever i may be talking to cannot hear me. i have to put my iphone on speaker for a while and then sometimes when i go bakc to my shokz all is good. sometimes not.
how do i correct this?

just updated our original pair to these and they are so much better! Fit better around my ear and I can wear my glasses much easier with them.

Very comfortable to wear for long periods of time . I use them while I run, battery last very long and charges very fast. So far I am very satisfied.
Sound is good for my needs as I run on the street sometimes allows me to adjust volume to hear if vehicles are approaching.

Best earphones ever. I can hear extremely clear with these; better than other earphones that I had.
Great for daily use. Sometimes forget I have them on.
Great for running, driving, talking on phone, listening to anything (podcasts, YouTube, you name it). Best earphones for talking to people Bec I can hear conversations extremely clear.

For years I have endured pain in my ears from any type of in-ear bluetooth option. What can I say? Maybe I just have small ears, but it's been a struggle. I tried out Shook at my local running shoe store and Oh. My. Goodness. Where have these been all my life? Seriously! I love having ears open not just for comfort but situational awareness - I love them so much!
