The design and sound are

The design and sound are incredible. I'm never worried about my earbuds falling out when participating in an event. My only complaint is that I really wanted to purchase the Mini, due to the basic fact I have a small head. I would have loved the smaller size, but you didn't offer the size or variations in colors, so settled for the standard size. Maybe in future you will offer a broader range of products. Thank you

This is my second pair of shokz and for some reason this pair does not seem to get as loud as my previous pair. I mainly use them outdoors for running and it’s very hard to hear the music

I like it because I used it in the office & I’m aware of my surroundings can still do my job efficiently.
Sounds is good but if it’s windy it effect the volume sometimes disappears, I can’t hear the music while I’m walking.

LOVE These Things!!!

I wasn't sure I'd like these, as I am a musician and want to hear my music the way I want to hear it while I'm running, but I found that using in-ears for longer runs was uncomfortable in my canals and probably harmful long-term. These are surprisingly great-sounding with lots of clarity in the middle to high ranges. The low end is lost a little more, but I was rather expecting that. It's an acceptable loss in my book for the improvement in comfort and ease, to say nothing of how much safer they are. The only other (tiny) qualm is that it can be hard to hear the turning off prompt when you're at the finish line of a race surrounded by people and music; a visual cue of a small light being on when the unit is on or something like that would be great, though I understand it may affect the battery life. I know I can check my Bluetooth on my phone, but post-race all the things are happening, and I have multiple things connected, so this would just be a bit of an added convenience.

If you want to change songs while running they are finicky, mine always pauses the song instead of skipping, even when I double click very carefully. Also if you accidentally click it extra when it doesn’t work, it’ll call people from your phone…

Great headphones! worth the money

These headphones are fantastic - providing excellent sound quality while allowing you to maintain situational awareness while out and about. The design keeps the "noise" out of your ear - but you still hear it crystal clear!
I chose this pair because the controls are buttons which are much more moisture "friendly" than the touch sensors on the other styles.
The magnetic charger is also moisture "friendly" allowing me to run in the rain or sweat freely! I just wipe them off after a run and immediately charge them if needed. (No need to wait for them to fully dry before charging)
The battery life is awesome, and the headphones let you know the battery status when turning them on. On my previous pair- when the battery status hit medium - I got about 30-minutes of operation time before they died. I haven't gotten to that point on this pair (I am on my 4th hour of operation time-and still have a full charge) but am assuming it will be similar.
