I really like the headphones. But the size chart needs to be adjusted the ones I bought that were supposed to fit bounce around on back od my neck when I'm running. Other than that sound qaulity and battery life seem to be exceptional. Its also very nice to be able to hear your surroundings when running or riding bicycle.

They work while I have ear plugs in and are comfortable. Running a chainsaw these things sound crisp with ear plugs in.

They completely stopped working after 5 days. For no apparent reason, the light wont turn on after trying to reset them.

These bone conduction headphones are the best purchase I’ve made! The best part is not having something crammed into your ear, falling out of your ear etc. I highly recommend these shoes!

Good quality, easy to connect to

This is my second pair of Shokz headphones. I was happy with the first pair that I bought a few years ago, and I still use them, but I wanted a second pair. These updated Shokz seem to have a few improvements - they connect to my phone faster, and the sound quality is a little better. Overall, very satisfied. And as a bonus, they did not have an offensive odor.

I rate them a one because you advertise 8 hour run time on the ShoKZ Open but I’m consistently getting a little less than 5 hours and they are dead. I will try them another week to be sure and then I will contact customer service. Thanks
