the volume +/- buttons need

the volume +/- buttons need to be able to be felt easier. Also the button on the left ear needs to be raised a little to be able to "feel" where it is. Over all pretty good. But still needs more "Bass" boost.
A very slim profile and good sound quality (headphones and mic) make this a great choice. The multi device connectivity is the icing on the cake - extremely useful especially to switch between MS Teams calls on the laptop and phone calls. Unfortunately, I hit some issues with this functionality after a few days. However the CS (and you are provided a number to talk to a real person !! - Joanne in my case) was excellent and I'm waiting for my replacement headphones which should solve this. Nitpicking - lack of an app to control and avoid the multi step pairing process.
These are the best headphones for running and biking. You can listen to your music while still being aware of what is going on around you. The battery life is great. I’ve gone over 8 hours and the battery still said it was medium. This is my second pair. I decided to get the mini this time because it fits much better. If you are on the fence about these, I’d say get them and you won’t regret it.
This is my 4th set of these bone-conduction headphones, I've been using them for probably 6 years. It's perfect for anything outdoors so I can hear everything around me. Battery is pretty good, although in the heat about 6 hours seems to be the limit.
Bought these because my cousin recommended it to my father. My father was able to watch and listen to the world cup games. He loves it but is not so tech savvy and forgets that he has them to use them. Also due to his hearing he does not hear well when he turns on the headsphones and doesn't hear what is being said. But hopefully with his new hearing aids that won't be a problem anymore.
