Sound is pretty good. They're light and easy to put on. Hard to adjust to avoid pressure points if left on for an extended time. Great for exercise and summer outdoor use. Not too functional under a ski helmet but that's a small point.

I wear my headphones nearly all day so I can listen to my audiobooks as I work around the house or drive. I love that the pause button is very convenient to use so I can stop and start again as needed when someone begins talking to me. Most of the time I forget that I have them in they are so comfortable and not very noticeable either under my hair.
