Love my OpenRun SHOKZ’s. Stopped

Love my OpenRun SHOKZ’s. Stopped using the Apple AirPods that would fall out without warning. I Have recommended them to friends and purchased two for family members for Christmas gifts. I can now listen to music & Podcasts while riding my bike without fear of loosing them. They have great sound quality. You won’t be disappointed in them

Love the Open Run. Ear

Love the Open Run. Ear buds never stay in my ears so this headset is perfect. I also love that I can hear traffic around when I walk while using them. I have no sidewalks where I live, and the streets are rural meaning curvy and hilly. It is very important to hear the traffic. It is very comfortable and easy to use. I am 70 years old and even I could figure how to set up.

Good, but needs improving.

While I like the comfort and convenience, but the inconvenience these headphones have when going from your car to outside is tough to take. My car overrides the head phones when driving. As soon as I shut my car off, you would expect the headphones to connect. It shows they are connected, but when a call comes in it needs to be answered by the phone. The only way the head phones will reconnect is if they are shut off and turned back on.
This is my second pair of Shock headphone and the first one had the same issue. You would think this would be corrected with a newer version but it has not.
There is also a static click from time to time which seems to be a disconnect/reconnect. This did not happen with my old pair.

I have trouble with the back up to the previous song - going forward works ok or stop/on but whenever I try to reverse it turn off instead. Also, occ concern when using a beanie to keep head warm. but I love having my ears free and not having to deal with a cord.
