These have been great so far. Very comfortable, works well while running or cycling. Battery life has been great. Can't wait to se how they perform on multi-day bikepacking trips.

Wow, Simply wow. I used to use typical earbuds while running and they just kept being crappy products & not working after less than a month. So I did some research and found these, simply the best decision I've made In regards to technology. The functionality of it is perfection I didn't know I needed these until I got them, now I can hear my surroundings and jam out wherever!!!

We love our new open runs. Fits my husband perfectly while I'm still trying to figure out the best way to wear them as they are just a bit big. Very easy to use and sounds awesome.

Can’t say enough about how comfortable these headphones are. I seem to have small ear canals (I struggle to keep in-ear headphones in place) and so this bone conduction technology is a dream come true! I was worried about how they might work with sunglasses and a hat, but I have worn them for several 3 mile runs so far and they’re awesome! Lastly, I love that I can hear whatever is playing on my Shokz perfectly, but also everything around me. Which makes me feel safer jogging alongside busy roads and such.

This is my second pair of shocks, I have the original and now I have the more upgraded version. I've been very happy with my original ones but I saw this and the price was good and I thought I might as well go ahead and get the upgrade. For those people that have never tried bone conduction headphones they ought to give it a try.

I replaced my old OpenMove with the OpenRun. On the OpenRun the charging doesn't work consistently. 1-2 times out of 4 when I pull it off the charger, it reports "Battery Low". Before I could use the USB-C cable with other devices reducing the number of cables I needed to manage. This has a proprietary charger, so another cable look after. The support documentation is lacking. I couldn't find anything that indicates that it has Multi-point pairing, so I just tried what worked before. It shouldn't be that hard to update the documentation to include new devices, or copy over the other and change the device name.
