Good fit and sound, frustrated with software.

Every time I power the headphones on, the volume is reset to almost max. It doesn't matter how low I set them when I power them off. Great fit and sound, so it's mostly a minor frustration, but is irritating to try to remember.

Easy to use. Very comfortable. I cannot use ear buds, these are perfect. And most important, you can still hear outside noises. (cars,birds !!) Previously purchased for my granddaughters and my son. "Mini" worked for all of us.

These things are comfortable, sit securely and don't fall off. No trouble at all to set up, even for someone who is seriously not tech-savvy. Sometimes I forget to pick up my phone while listening to an audiobook. I have to get more than 30 feet away in another room before I notice, as the sound is great for such a distance. I haven't used them for music, but I love them.

Great for running trails. I used to run with airpods jammed into my ears canals. These Very clear and I can still hear sounds around me! They stay in place and are very comfortable. Wil never go back to headphones.

Most comfy headset ever with great sound. Love being able to still hear cars and cyclists approaching. Have used these for a year running all weather, also for work because the mic is great!

Was my second Shokz headphone. Generally satisfied. Very light and fitted, definitely have improved the wearing experience. I give 4 star because it sometimes stops playing music for no reason. Once I unlock and check the phone the music resumes. It happens maybe 2 to 3 times a day. Not a big problem but really annoying.
