Super easy to use sometimes

Super easy to use sometimes they have difficulty playing music or connecting to a phone call. It will say connected when it is not and powering off and on does not help sometimes. It's only happened a few times in the last couple weeks

Very comfortable. The open ear for runs is really good to be able to hear my surroundings. The power button could be a little easier to find when I’m wearing them since it’s the volume up and down in the same place.

I purchased them for a gift. She loves the ability to talk on the phone, hears very well (clearly!! …and she has a bit of hearing loss), and her favorite part is the freedom to have both hands free while talking!
