I love them

When I wear other devices, it sounds like my fingers are stuck in my ears. I can't think like that! My thoughts get weird and I hate not hearing things right. Kinda like when I flew a plane and my ears stopped up for 2 weeks! I like these, although after a long-time wear you do feel a little pressure where they rested on both sides. But it's far better than dealing with the other. I was amazed how well the sound quality was. It was better than I thought it would be. Are they are a good investment? YES!!
I love the quality of the sound, but they are very heavy and put pressure in front of my ears, which usually results in a headache if I wear them longer than an hour. The range is not great. If I'm on a phone call and walk into another room without taking the phone, I lose my connection. I had to take a picture of the instructions, because I could never remember how many times I had to click on the main button to do what I needed.
Love my Shockz. I can watch a video without disturbing others around me & still hear what's going on. Great for when out walking or driving, can take a call and still be hands free. I use mine everyday at work to listen to music without blocking my hearing!
Sadly a bit disappointed in these. I have an openrun and the bass isn’t good at all, the audio quality is rough when I try to use them for an actual call, and when trying to listen with lots of background noise- even top volume is hard to hear. They seem a bit flimsy as well. We shall see how it goes- but they are now my backup headphones for running.
This is my 4th Shokz product. And they keep getting better. My 4-YO Air still work perfectly but I figured try the newer Open Run. Great changes to charging port and battery life and the sound quality is superb.
Mini still a little too big and headset has very loud defaults

I bought the open run mini. I'm a 5'3" female with what I think is a typical size head for my body. I generally find the fit good, but I wish they were a little tighter for better conduction. They drift around a bit on my head, but stay in place to keep the sound audible though not as clear as when I gently hold them in place.
I wear them for cycling to be able to listen to podcasts or music while staying more aware so clarity of sound is not a top priority for me.
The tactile buttons work well and are easy for me to press, even with light gloves on.
I wish the power on/off voice and beeps when I adjust the volume were at the same level as whatever I'm listening too. I cringe a bit when I have to adjust the volume with the buttons as there is a very loud beep after each adjustment. I take the headset off before turning off and pair/turn it on before placing them on my head. Otherwise I feel like my eardrums are exploding.
