The connection and set-up was easy and trouble free. I was hesitant I'd like these, eventhough I know others that use them. Others don't use them like I do, mine are connected to my two way radio at work to keep radio traffic during emergencies away from prying ears. I don't have to have the cord to tangle with or have the radio in my chest harness at all times.
Run time seems to hold up to my use, even with my normal 12 hour shift. Charging goes by quickly. For the first week, I spent more time looking for the cord and an old iPhone charging block that I "put away". The bespoke charging cord makes one more thing to carry. USB C might be an improvement.

Great sound quality!

I love the sound quality, while being able to hear my surroundings. The charge holds most of the day. The range is not bad. I wish it would reach from the kitchen table to the driveway…but otherwise I’ve had no issues. They are so comfortable that I forget I’m wearing them very often.

This is my third headset from Aftershokz, all of the models are great! It gives you a unique experience that no other headset can compete with! I use it while walking, running and driving as well. It's very and comfortable in a way I forget taking them off sometime!! I plan to buy OpenSwim as well, thank you guys for this wonderful product!

I am very happy with the product. Have been using only this and none of the other item I have from the past. The only time it will not work for me to use it is when I’m cutting the grass and I need sound protection.

Battery life not even close to 8 hrs.

The Open Run Shokz I purchased were advertised as having 8-hr battery life. However, these have gone dead on me after two hours, and have said “battery low” after just one hour on a bike ride today.
