Great sound, no irritating buds in my ears

I've been using the headphones for cell phone calls and it's amazing how well I hear the person and he hears me even when I've left my cell phone on a different floor of the house. The on/off switch, volume buttons, and charging plug are all in the same tiny space behind the ear. It's difficult to differentiate the buttons since you can't see them. By feel only, it's especially hard to find the volume-down button without landing on the charging plug. Speaking of charging, the headphones charge very quickly but the charging light is quite faint.

Cons:
Proprietary charger. (I really don't love having to bring an extra one everywhere, magnetic or not. USB c would be better IMHO)

playing next and previous track by clicking 2 or 3 times is unreliable and clunky. Would much prefer to just hold + to advance or - to play previous, much more obvious and reliable. Half the time I try to play previous it advances or just pauses instead, which defeats the purpose of even having that feature for me.

They’re pretty good

I love the design most of all. I spend a lot of time upside down in my workout, lots of isometrics in unusual positions. They never get loose.
On the other hand, sometimes they shut off randomly after an hour of playing even though battery is high at the beginning of the workout. They don’t disconnect from the source. They just turn off. Maybe they’re sensitive to movements due to my breathing?
Audrey is quieter than in my previous pair. I liked a clearer signal that things were on and working. Oh well.

I love them, wear them all the time. My only complaint is that it does not work properly sometimes, hard to explain: at the beginning of listening to something it makes weird noises like just trying to connect; if it's a continuous music or pod, it's only at the beginning but if i listen to something like Duolingo learning a new language at almost every beginning part of listening is slow and makes these weird noises. I thought initially that it migth be the app but then realized it does that with others too. Nothing very bad but I got used to the older pair I had to be flawless and these are not quite there.

There is no adjustability to the headband, so the conductors do not rest where they should. I can initially place them in a correct position, but any movement results in the conductors moving away from where they need to be for audio transmission....Bummed b/c I can't really use them during any movement :-\

Great product

I bought them for my job because I needed to hear my surroundings. They are better than any other pair of headphones or earbuds I've ever worn. They are so light I forget I'm wearing them and the battery life is great. They are so great that after I bought my pair, my 3 siblings went out and bought their own. The only thing I dislike is how short the charging cord is.
