I wish I would have found these sooner!! These headphones are amazing. I do not like buds in my ears or anything bulky. So when I saw these I was immediately intrigued. I have worn them running (they stay in place even at 8min/mile speeds) I wear them walking, cleaning, zoom calls. The sound quality is outstanding. I usually would just listen to music through my phone when I run on treadmill, but the sound quality is so much better I use my Shokz. This was the best purchase I have made for myself in awhile!
Thought I lost my new headphones for an evening. Found them the next morning in my work parking lot. Cracked an ear piece but still work great! Still in love with these!
i am actually putting in this review 3 years after i bought my first pair in feb 2021. i have a 70% hearing loss in my left ear and when i first got these it was the first time since i was a child (i'm in my 40s) that i could actually hear properly in my left ear. admittedly, it made me cry. That being said, almost exactly three years later, they are starting to show their wear and tear. i wear them daily for hours at work and am needing to pause frequently and the pause, skip, go back button no longer works (as of two weeks ago) and something just came loose in today in the right ear piece and is making a jingling sound. i also do long runs with them and have done so in snow and rain and can attest to their waterproofness. therefore, even though i'm a bit bummed they didn't last longer than 3 years, i will be buying a new pair very shortly because i still LOVE THEM SO MUCH. :)
I love the concept of these, and they're great to wear around the house. Because the band in the back is so wide (even in the minis, which feel too big in general), anything I wear, or even my hair if it's not in a high ponytail, will interfere with the fit and start to pull them off. They're rated for only 32 degrees and above (which rules out much of the Minnesota year), but since I can't wear a hat, scarf, or even a collar with them, they're really only useful for summer runs. Otherwise, clothing / rain jacket / etc. interferes too much.
Great for my hour of running. Not sure if I can optimize sound for podcast talking instead of music. That may be a point in favor of OpenRun Pro which has an iPhone app, unlike OpenRun which does not have an iPhone app.
