An Almost Perfect Product

I love my Shokz for everything from calls to podcasts, audiobooks, and music. I use them for running, driving, walking, and around the house while doing chores. It is definitely amazing to be able to hear traffic while listening and the battery life is great. The only complaints I have are regarding durability. I have had two pairs die and lose the ability to recharge (one was quickly replaced by the warranty and the other was the replacement). A more recent pair had the rubber crack through on the headband. I used electrical tape to sort of fix it and now that pair is my backup. I have gone through these three pairs in just over a year, which means I am replacing more often than I would like. However, they are so wonderful that I don't hesitate about replacing them and wouldn't wear anything else.

Fit & Sound.

😀Comfortable fit and great sound. The mini has a very nice fit without the moving around on my head. The sound is very nice and I sometimes forget that I have them on listening to music 🎶. I say these are the best headphones I've purchased so far. There's no need to have the volume to load as the phones sound is clear as well as the music reproduction. I'd recommend purchasing a set. Go to a store and try them out and find which size is best for you. I'm sure you'll be amazed how they sound. Eric J.

I really like these. But.. they don't block any background noise at all. If I'm wearing them and talking to someone, and turn on water.. they say it's so loud they can't stand it. I thought they had background noise reduction. Apparently not. I've had mine for over a year now. I like them. But background noise reduction is 0.

I love these headphones

I wasn't sure if these headphones would be comfortable, but I have used them on a few long runs and sprint workouts on the treadmill and they are great. The mini version is perfect for me and I love that they don't get all sweaty being in my ear. The sound quality is great and I haven't had any issues with static or interference.

These are fantastic. I can take my music hiking or walking and still hear the world around me. I can do the dishes while listening and still hear my kids in the next room. Earbuds never stayed in my ears well anyway, so these are truly a treat.

Shocking Customer Support

This is the second set of Shokz that I have owned, depending on how you count. My first two lasted about six months each before the silicon became separated. Shokz replaced both sets under warranty in less than a week. After the second issue, Shokz upgraded my headphones.
The open-ear listening allows to listen to music/podcasts, use the phone, etc, whilst going about my day without blocking out people and other sounds around me. It also enhances my safety when I'm outside.
They are lightweight, and I wear them several hours every day without discomfort.

When I lost my most recent pair of Shokz, I ordered a replacement (another upgrade) within two days, and had them in less than a week.
The only drawback is that the OpenRun uses a proprietary magnetic charging cable. I think that this is to push it into the IP67 Waterproof category (though not intended for swimming). I contacted customer support to inquire about ordering additional cables, and within an hour they sent me the link.
Phenomenal customer support for a great product. One of the best companies that I have dealt with. Their support really contributes to this great review.

They feel good. I wish sound quality was better and that I could see their location on my phone like I can with AirPods. It would be nice if they had an universal charger, not a specific charger.
