When the Pump comes on the unit makes a lot of vibration noise.

A dehumidifier operates basically like a refrigerator and has the same components. When it is running you will hear compressor noise, a condenser fan noise, possible water dripping into the storage bucket and normal cycling on and off sounds much like you hear with your refrigerator. This is normal.
If you feel the unit isn't operating properly, you can try unplugging it for 5 minutes and plugging it back in. If it persists, please call 1-833-4BODEWELL for further assistance.
I bought the dehumidifier because of the pump however the pump does not work continuously reverts to manual or P1 shoes. I have to unplug for 40 sec and the pump may or may not work again P1 shows. Ver disappointed

We’d like to assist with the issue you’re having with the pump not working consistently. As you’re continuing to see the P1 error after disconnecting the dehumidifier to reset it, we recommend utilizing your warranty. This is discussed in the troubleshooting section on page 10 of the manual, and information about the warranty is available on page 13. The manual is linked here: https://images.salsify.com/image/upload/s--US5NWj5U--/fo4rdm0sho944ebvmkff.pdf.
This is by far the best dehumidifier I have purchased. So quiet, the pump is direct to hose so you don't need to clean out weekly the bucket because it fills with water and then pumps out. It works so well at getting the humidity out of the air in my 1200 sq.ft condo. I could not believe how fast it did it. I have it in my living room and the hose snakes to my toilet. Easy peasy. The price was excellent considering the size and that it has a pump. Don't hesitate to purchase this unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Your house’s humidity doesn’t stand a chance with this dehumidifier. This model is designed to remove up to 50 pints of moisture daily, and it’s perfect for basements, garages, and high-humidity spaces. It will also notify you when it’s time to clean the filter to maintain peak performance. You can find more information on it's owner's manual here: https://images.salsify.com/image/upload/s--US5NWj5U--/fo4rdm0sho944ebvmkff.pdf
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the looks of the dehumidifier; however, when the compressor is running, it's quite loud. Also, I wish there were more color choices. I'm glad this one has a pump system that empties the bucket once it's full. The previous unit's pump ran all the time, and it didn't even make it three (3) months before I got an 'E6' code on the display, resulting in me getting a new unit.
