Was great dehumidifier while it worked. Stopped working after ONE YEAR. Was well maintained and kept in a finished basement. Expensive piece of junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The pump is the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the looks of the dehumidifier; however, when the compressor is running, it's quite loud. Also, I wish there were more color choices. I'm glad this one has a pump system that empties the bucket once it's full. The previous unit's pump ran all the time, and it didn't even make it three (3) months before I got an 'E6' code on the display, resulting in me getting a new unit.

Very loud

I was so excited to try this and was going to purchase a second one for the basement if it worked well but it’s far too loud for me. It also seems to make the room warmer instead of cooler like most dehumidifiers do.

We are more than happy to provide guidance with this dehumidifier. Compressor sounds, which may be loud, are normal. Clicking sounds when the dehumidifier or compressor turns off and on, and when the automatic shutoff switch is working is normal. It is also normal to hear air movement from the fan. Moisture issues found your solution!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Anyone that has moisture issues really should get this unit. I have had it down my basement for about a week and I can already feel the difference in moisture control. It comes with a drain hose and it’s great that I can just let it drain off into my sump pump pit which pumps out the excess water without having to use the tank. If you don’t have this option available it has a very large tank and will let you know when it’s full. Overall quiet and comes very well protected in its packaging I recommend to anyone.
