Humidity setting not working

I set it at 50% humidity but it keeps reverting to 35%. I don’t want it that dry.

We want to give you some information regarding your dehumidifier's humidity level. Once you change your selection to 50% humidity allow at least 24 hours for the dehumidifier to achieve the humidity level.
If the humidity level does not change after 24 hours, we recommend calling our warranty team at 833-426-3393.

Wish I would have gotten one sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dehumidifier. It’s easy to operate & works so good! We use it in our cabin at the hunting club & wish I would have gotten one a lot sooner! Since it’s the hunting camp, we aren’t always down there during the summer so this is definitely a must have!
