Humidity setting not working

I set it at 50% humidity but it keeps reverting to 35%. I don’t want it that dry.

We want to give you some information regarding your dehumidifier's humidity level. Once you change your selection to 50% humidity allow at least 24 hours for the dehumidifier to achieve the humidity level.
If the humidity level does not change after 24 hours, we recommend calling our warranty team at 833-426-3393.

A Summer Savior.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dehumidifier saved us in the basement in the summer time. As our washer and dryer are in the basement and it’s hard to put a AC unit down there this unit helped keep ALOT of moisture out which helped to cool it down some. It was very easy to install and small enough where it could be tucked into a corner. The unit was not noisy and barely noticeable.

Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently discovered a leak in a pipe underneath the kitchen sink, so this came in handy. It dried out underneath the sink and kept it dry. It’s really quiet so you don’t hear it.

A quality dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now, THIS is a serious dehumidifier! The small noise it has is no bother whatsoever. You forget it’s even on. This definitely dries up the room. I love that you can drain it out to elsewhere or you can opt to use the drip pan. Makes it perfect regardless of your home setup. Has wheels - easy to move around as needed.

Portable and energy efficiency

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dehumidifier works great, and the durability is very good. It removes 35 pints of moisture per day, the first 48 to 72 hours it will be more. It has smart dry, which adjusts the fan speeds based on the humidity levels. It is easily moved from room to room. It also has an empty bucket alarm and filter cleaner reminder. The noise level is very minimal, and it is very energy efficient.

A Dehumidifier to love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A Dehumidifier that does it job! Have it in a room close to a main big bathroom and in a couple of hours it has collected a good amount of water. It’s rectangular shape, compact size and casters makes it great to take and fit anywhere in your space. It can be a bit noisy when working but we just take it as a good black noise machine. The water collects in a “bucket” located on the front so access and removal of the liquid goes pretty quick and easy; once it’s full the machine will shut off so there’s no danger of overflow.

It does the job!!

Very convenient portable design and super quiet. Easy to use with a variety of settings. My home already feels more comfortable without a sticky feel.
