From the first use it felt like a mini meditation session. You know that rare kind of beauty routine that makes you slow down, breathe deeper and actually enjoy the process? This is exactly that. It is for people who love taking care of themselves not only for the glow but for the calm.

This device feels solid and well made. Nothing flimsy, nothing cheap. It survives daily use without drama and still looks brand new on my vanity. Definitely built to last.

Setup
Setup is super intuitive. Open the box, choose your attachment by color, add water and you are ready. No confusing steps, no stress, no reading a novel sized manual.

Operation
Using it is oddly hypnotizing. The cold massage is my personal obsession. I even do it outside my usual routine because it instantly reduces puffiness and feels amazing. The warm massage I use before detox because it gently heats the skin, opens pores and boosts circulation. During detox mode be gentle if you have sensitive skin. Use the correct attachments and lower the power. Redness can happen but it fades within seconds and is totally normal.

Cleaning the device is easy and fast. Rinse, wipe and done. No complicated maintenance which is a huge win in my book.

After the detox session my skin feels velvety smooth with zero greasy or sticky feeling. Important note this will not remove blackheads or closed comedones. What it does do is remove excess oil from pores which helps prevent acne over time. And honestly that is exactly what I want from a gadget like this.
If you enjoy self care, calming rituals and smart skincare tools this little beauty might become your new favorite. It already earned a permanent spot in my routine. ✨

With just a quick 10-minute session each week, it helps depuff my face using heat therapy, detoxifies by extracting impurities, and boosts hydration with cold therapy, giving me that sought-after glow. The design is super simple to use, with clear instructions that make it feel just like a visit to my dermatologist. It's not noisy and I love its portability, too. My favorite function is the depuff and chill. It gets so cold! I’ve been using that in the mornings and can always tell such a difference.

My face felt smoother, fresher and more radiant after the first use. The fact that this device is able to provide you with an unbelievable and effective at home facial is amazing. It has multiple benefits of a professional facial. The best part is that it’s at your fingertips and all in the comfort of your own home. It’s also compact, lightweight and would be easy to travel with. No more expensive trips to an Aesthetician or Spa. It cleanses the skin, clears impurities/minimizes pores and hydrates. There is a DePuffi attachment that has a hot and cold button with different intensities. It’s great at minimizing any puffiness, giving you radiant skin and can help give your face a beautifully contoured appearance. Extract, Hydrate & Depuff at home - in 5 simple steps - for a Radiant Glow just like you get with professional services.
Whilst using the device with the Weekly Pro Glow Routine (9 min, the first few times take longer as you’re learning how to use the device); advised to start with clean, dry skin & prep with instheat to loosen impurities.
Step 1 (3 minutes)
Apply DERM DETOX (aha & bha serum, the smaller bottle labeled 1) in a thin layer over entirety of face, avoiding eyes & mouth, and wait 3 minutes.
Step 2 (3 minutes)
Fill tank with cool water to “max” fill line. Attach WIDE TIP (normal or gentle depending on skin type and or comfort level) and turn on. Adjust intensity based on comfort level and proceed gliding over face as directed. Pause device and switch to T-ZONE TIP (normal or gentle) for targeting more specific areas. The device time will resume and pause after 3 minutes, indicating it’s time for the next step. Rinse face.
Step 3 (3 minutes)
Fill tank with HYDRO INFUSE (bottle 2) to “MAX” fill line. Repeating Step 2.
Use DEPUFFI on INSTACHILL to apply moisturizer afterwards to soothe skin. It’s so refreshing, feels lovely. Followed by SPF if during the daytime.
Rinse and wash tips, dump tank and refill with clean water, run cleaning cycle, leave to dry.

So far I do enjoy using this device. The skincare products are great, albeit a bit pricey. I wasn’t impressed by the “exfoliation” from the device itself, I find that using the included skincare products was more than efficient. To me, it’s not much different other than design, than those available 20 years ago. Where this product shines is the DEPUFFI. It feels truly amazing, whether it’s being used to cool/heat, they’re both truly amazing. This is the only part that is okay to use your own products either the device, otherwise you’re required to use their proprietary products.

I exfoliate and hydrate with what feels like an at home diamond glow facial and then do the daily depuffer and circulation booster. You will love this if you get it! Instructions are straightforward and it’s super easy to clean. My daughter loves that there is a gentler speed too.

The packaging is Beautiful and the products that came with it are some of the best I've ever used! They are gentle yet very effective! I have combo skin and i can definitely get a little sensitive but this moisturized my skin soooo well and didn't irritate it at all! The packaging is beautiful, the facial tools are super easy to use, clean, and store! I am absolutely obsessed with this!!!
