[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For far everything is working perfectly. I like the low simmer function. The only issue is the height is too tall and can’t be adjusted down to match the cabinets. This was not a problem with my old Whirlpool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove was a challenge for 2, 77 year old,z, but we made it. The stove is really nice looking. The bottom drawer is not worth putting in. It like a beer can. The convection oven is great. The burners are very hot, the low is not low, so there is a learning curve for me. We've only had it for a week, so there is good and bad.

It's a good range, but not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like this range, which replaces an old range that was no longer giving reliable temperatures. There are two design features that are not ideal for us. One is that the storage drawer is not as deep as our previous ranges. As a result, we have had to remove one item from the drawer, and it's still difficult to get the drawer to shut with our remaining items. The other feature is that you have to reach over the burners to reach the oven controls. This causes a risk of injury when we are cooking a meal that requires both top burners and oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No manuals? What’s up with that?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my new gas stove just over a month ago. My old stove was 30 years old. To my surprise there was no manual with the stove. Learning to use the various functions is pure trial and error. Mostly error. If the oven is on and I use the timer function (even for another purpose) when the timer goes off and I push cancel to stop the beeping. I’m pretty sure that shuts the oven off. I would think that for the cost of new appliances, a manual should be available explaining how to use the thing! Even online would be nice.

Great Features!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On the range the pilot comes on quicker than previous GE model. Also prefer self cleaning vs. steam cleaning which did not do what it was suppose to initially clean. Took several attempts to steam clean. Prefer broiler in oven instead of on very bottom. Literally had to lay on floor to make use of previous broiler.
Found 1 quality flaw and that is lip on inner bottom door is very sharp which can result in a BAD CUT!!
