I bought this a month ago, lightbulb went out, not covered by warranty. A nuisance issue, but my garbage old oven never had that problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older model of a whirlpool stove for over 8 years. Never had a problem. So I decided to purchase another newer model of a whirlpool stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice appliance! Easy to keep clean. Love the warming center to keep food warm while other burners are being used. Oven cooks evenly no matter where the dish is placed. Broiler is conveniently located so it broils right where the dish is placed and does not have to be moved below the oven as is often done in a gas stove. I love the glass top as it prevents damage to coils, etc. Love my new stove!

Extremely Disappointed — New Is Definitely Not Better
I recently had to replace my 30-year-old Whirlpool oven, a day I had been dreading for years. I went into the store with exact measurements and made it very clear that I wanted the most basic oven possible because I have a very tight space.
I was told all ovens are “standard sizes.”
Well… no.
When the installers arrived, the oven slid in just fine—until they tried to open the door. It turns out the new oven is 1/8 of an inch wider. That tiny difference now means I have to open the refrigerator door before I can open the oven door. Seriously? Why would you make modern ovens slightly wider when so many people are replacing 1990s appliances? I can’t be the only one.
Now let’s talk about usability. The preheat and timer alert is the strangest alarm I’ve ever heard—barely audible and it doesn’t repeat. And the buttons… why so many buttons? Cook time, delayed start, lasagna button?? I had to put black electrical tape over most of them because they’re completely unnecessary.
And the neon blue light—just no. It’s ugly and clashes with every other appliance light in my kitchen. My kitchen now feels like the Vegas Strip. 🤦🏽‍♀️
The storage drawer is flimsy and now holds about half the pans my old oven did. I also miss the rounded edges—this boxy design looks odd. My old grey speckled cooktop hid everything, while this black top shows every single crumb and smudge.
Oh—and it has an air fryer built in, but no manual and no basket. How does that make sense? Who is designing these ranges? I would love a seat on that design team.
So far, I’ve only used the bake mode. To be fair, it does crisp food better than my old oven (which must have been slowly dying). But having to open the fridge just to open the oven door is going to take a lot of getting used to. 😭
I’ve only had this oven for two days, and I’m already super sad about this purchase. I miss my old chipped, yellowing, paint-flaking range more than I ever expected.
My advice: buy used if you can, and make sure they plug it in so you can hear and see everything before you commit. These new ovens are not improvements—they’re just different, and not in a good way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am pleased with this range. A big part of our decision to purchase this particular range is that it is made in the USA. The air fry function is really no different than a convection oven though.

It’s alright, nothing special.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First unit had to be returned, when we turned the oven on smoke poured out of it like it was on fire. This wasn’t the normal burn off, the whole house smelled like burnt plastic and it was an excessive amount of smoke. Second unit was better, minimal burn off and it seems to be working better. The glass top is a concern, it gets marked up way too easily and I feel like it will look awful after a year or so. We even bought new pots and pans before using it to be sure we didn’t damage the glass.

Hate the steam cleaning site!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Steam Cleaning is a joke! We used the air fryer once per instructions and did the steam cleaning per instructions ( distilled water), and no results whatsoever! I had to manually clean the oven. Not my favorite thing to do….Also, the bottom storage area is too small and opening it is lacking in easiness. It takes a while to pre-heat oven and the burners on top will take some getting use to. I would have returned it, but my husband said we just won’t use the air fryer. He is the cook so guess we will keep it. I,myself, will not recommend this appliance.
