Great Features with a couple of Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a month ago and love almost everything. It replaced a like oven I had for 20 years until a coffee cup cracked the top. Love the "no preheat" Air Fry. Great on left over pizza! Cons - you now must additionally press the "Start" button for any setting or adjustment, including the timer, or it will not start a cycle or change any settings. Something you have to get used to but forget it once and dinner will be late!. Bigger issue for me is not being able to hear the Chime when preheat is done or when the timer is done. If you are standing in front of the oven you might hear it. and n, you can't increase the volume. It was a waste installing a quiet chime in this oven. Now I have to keep coming into the kitchen to see if it's preheated and have to use my phone for timing the food.
