Great hobby

I’ve had my gardyn studio for about 6 months now and love it. The only downside is the app is a bit pricey, but I do enjoy the new plant seeds you get with it. It’s also very helpful with growing. I personally wouldn’t use the gardyn without the app subscription.

I love my gardyn it’s amazing, I wish there was a filter on the app for low medium and high light so when you are searching for replacements it’s easier

Desde que lo compré tenía la membresía y supuestamente kelvy se encargaba, pero aunque le agregó el hydroboost siempre está lleno de algas, de 30 plantita sembradas solo 14 germinaron lo reporte y nadie respondió, el agua no se mide tengo que estar atenta para ponerle agua porque no lo mide dice que no tiene información. Entonces para que tengo la membresía si el robot no hace nada. Además de desconecta todo el tiempo, y mi señal de wifi es bien buena, realmente es un dolor de cabeza, prefiero sembrar en tierra, es demasiada la inversión para tan pocos resultados.

First, regarding germination: if any yCubes show no growth after 21 days from first watering, we will replace them. There’s no need to return anything. While we don’t offer refunds on yCubes, we always make sure you have what you need to keep growing with confidence. The quickest way to request replacements is through Guided Help in the app (Support Hub → Plants, pests & growing environment → Germination/Sprouting), or you can email us at support@mygardyn.com with the plant names and quantities.
If plants sprouted but later struggled, our Plant Experts can also review photos of the plant and roots to help guide next steps.
As for water level readings and disconnections, those are not things you should have to constantly manage on your own. Our team will review your account logs, sensor readings, and connectivity details to understand what’s happening and make sure everything is working smoothly and as expected.
Membership is meant to simplify your growing, not add stress. We truly value your feedback and the opportunity to make this right. Our team will be reaching out to work through this with you and ensure you have the experience you deserve 💚
