I LOVE my Gardyn.....I do wish the membership was less expensive but I'm hoping it will be worth it. But my gardyn gives me SO much pleasure and the app is awesome.

Fresh, flavorful produce right in my kitchen!

I have enjoyed fresh lettuces, flavorful spinach, sweet tomatoes, herbs, etc. At times I've had so much produce, I share it with friends & family. Been gardyning for about a year!

Bait and Switch re: changes to in app features

This month Gardyn updated its app to remove reminders unless the user has a subscription. In other words, Gardyn has made features that once were free to all app users part of the subscription service. Without a subscription, there will be no reminders to top off your tank, refresh your tank, etc. These functions were included when I purchased the unit and were part of what justified the high price for the Gardyn. Now, i will be stuck with owning a thing that only has limited benefit to me unless I pay a 30 dollar per month subscription fee. i feel like this was a bait and switch and feel utterly betrayed by Gardyn.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We hear you and we appreciate the chance to clarify. Tank refresh reminders are still available for all users and now appear in the Water widget on the home screen, with color-coded alerts when a refresh is coming up 🟠 or overdue 🔴. You can tap the Water tile anytime to view instructions and mark it complete. Membership includes additional Kelby tasks and messages, but the Water widget ensures everyone still has visibility into essential care timing.
