So sad!!!

I bought this treadmill T202 from local retailer at the of June 2020, I only WALK at speed 3.8 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes each day, 6 days per week; a motor burned out exactly 6 months and 2 days later. They replaced the same motor less than 2 weeks ago and 5 days later, I smell electrical burning again after 60 minutes walk! I contacted the retailer again, they told me maybe I need a better and bigger machine for what I am doing! They have contacted manufacturer and awaiting for their response. It's so sad!!! I am only weight 182 lbs, the machine capacity is 325 lbs, so I can't be too heavy for this machine to handle.

Bought this in early December and disappointed that I didn't get it until a month later (especially after reading how quickly others received theirs). Set up was easier than we thought it would be. Fairly quiet and runs smooth. Not a huge fan of the speakers but I prefer to listen to my music through my airpods anyway.

OUTDATED Bluetooth Functionality & Fitness App

I am unable to connect my phone's Bluetooth to the Horizon T202 treadmill . When I try to connect , it tells me I need an app. The app guide that comes with this model is the 'AFG SPORT' app. According to Horizon, that app is ONLY compatible with the Horizon 7.0 models and will NOT connect to the T202 model using a mobile device.The recommended app for the T202, based on all that I have researched online is the 'AFG CONNECTED FITNESS,'- which outdated and does NOT work on modern devices.( see attached).
So the simple question is , what is the recommended fitness app for the Horizon T202 and what fitness app are current Horizon T202 users using to track work out sessions on their mobile devices?
All I am trying to here is track my workout sessions on an app using my andriod phone.
If the T202 is really not compatible with any fitness app on a mobile device, someone needs to state that prior to a sale.
AND YOU ROUTINELY GET SHOCKED WITH STATIC!

Great treadmill for the money

Powerful. No lagging or belt slipping. Great for jogging or running. Only 2 complaints- the fan is useless. They should have skipped the bluetooth speakers and installed a decent fan for that price. And the belt is a little bit squeaky even after adding the silicone regularly. They could have easily fixed these couple of things and made a perfect treadmill- maybe you have to get the 303 not the 202 for perfection?

Problems

I have only had this treadmill for 12 months and I have had both belts break and now the computer is malfunction and the treadmill only runs at 12.0 mph or 0.5 mph.

Needs Repairs... constantly

I've owned my T202 treadmill for a little over a year, and despite following the instruction manual maintenance instructions to the letter, I've needed 4 different repairs; the motor, the belt, the circuit board, and the motor belt have all fallen apart or broken. I lubricate the belt every 100 miles, wipe it down regularly, clean out under & around it - but it just doesn't hold up. I'm not a 'serious' runner, but I use it regularly (or as regularly as I can between repairs)... I'm only 170 lbs and have dedicated shoes just for the treadmill, and I have my own 'workout' room that's kept clean, so I don't know what to do differently; however, as the warranty is expiring, I'm dreading the next year of use. If you plan on using your treadmill a few times a week, do yourself a favor - get a better one than this! It's clearly meant for recreational / occasional use, despite advertising.

I had a Horizon treadmill for 11 years and it was great. The only reason I gave it away was I felt it's life was coming to an end and I wanted to be proactive about getting a new one. So of course I went with Horizon again. Only 8 months after getting the T202 the back roller broke! Components like this should not fail that soon! Obviously the quality is not what it used to be. It's under warranty but because it takes so long for service I haven't been able to use my treadmill for 2 weeks and it still isn't fixed.
