So far, so good!

Build quality is awesome and can't wait to rack up the miles this winter. Very well designed machine.
Only complaint is that the belt had a tear in it when it arrived but contacted support and they sent a new belt and scheduled a repair with a service tech.

Excellent machine, quiet motor. Works well even in an apartment. Had a small issue with the white glove delivery/set up, but this was immediately rectified by Horizon.

Perfect fit

This treadmill fits my needs perfectly! It's comparable to my last treadmill. I don't need a bunch of bells and whistles on my treadmill. I love the bluetooth speakers. The only thing I wish was better on this treadmill is the fan. It sucks! If you're looking for a basic treadmill this one is for you!

Well the treadmill went together quickly...very nice instructions! It's quiet and we're looking forward to using it for years. Like many, we had some motor co ver damage in shipment, but the replacement cover is already on its way...amazing support!!!

Better that we expected!

The T202 Treadmill is better than we expected. It is so solid and well built! It was not complicated to assemble and can be ready in 30 minutes. We love all the features that come with this treadmill and really appreciate the quite motor. We did some serious shopping for a treadmill and chose the Horizon. Later we discovered a good friend also has a Horizon, that she bought eight years ago and recommended the Horizon Treadmill.

Excellent Value

I’ve been using treadmills in gyms and hotel fitness centers for years. Decided to buy one for home, but didn’t want to spend thousands to get a solid, reliable machine. This model has everything that the more expensive competition offers, for a lot less, and a lifetime warranty. Been using it for a couple of weeks, and have found it works perfectly, it’s quiet and easy to use. Good value for a top notch treadmill.
