Good Treadmill

I bought my T202 in 2019 and the treadmill is great, but the motor is having issues and running hot. I have the extended warranty and have called on it twice, however the tech does nothing. I have now called a 3rd time because the treadmill shuts down after 35 minutes. When it stops it is very abrupt. I need a new motor and belt at this point and the company that services their warranties have techs that do not know anything about treadmills. I cannot use my treadmill at this point and don't understand why I cannot get this fixed. No offense against Horizon, but I've done all I could and I need someone or something to fix this please.
I bought my T202 in 2021 and use it primarily for walking. My husband uses it during the hot summers to run (he weighs 180lbs) and the running deck already cracked and the belt skips. The lifetime warranty is only for the frame and motor, since the deck is not considered part of the frame, we are out of pocket for repairs. I've had a few treadmills in my lifetime, none have ever broke, I just upgraded to newer models. This was my first Horizon purchase, but this machine is not built for its intended purpose and customer service is quick to write you off. I'll never buy a Horizon product again.
I purchased my T202 treadmill in March 2021. I used it for walking and running, 2-3 times per week for approximately an hour at a time. I had to have it repaired in December 2021 because it was making a terrible sound. This was covered by the warranty. By August 2022, one of the preset workout options caused the display to flash and the belt would not run. I contacted support about this, but since it was out of warranty, I'd have to pay for all repairs. Since I was still able to use the treadmill on other settings, I did not pursue a repair. By December 2022, the display would flash in and out until finally, it went out completely and the treadmill no longer worked at all. I contacted support who transferred me to an out-of-warranty third party repair company, which determined the issue was the circuit board and by their suggestion, it would cost more to replace this than just getting a whole new treadmill. Extremely disappointed that my treadmill died before it was even two years old. Unless you plan to use this machine for very light use, I'd HIGHLY recommend sourcing your treadmill elsewhere. I did enjoy this treadmill while it was functional, but plan on repairs and replacement sooner than you think.
We loved this treadmill but unfortunately the upper console has completely shorted out and the replacement parts cost more than a new treadmill! We’ve only had it 20 months and it’s out of warranty.
Purchased in Apr 2020 after my 10+ year old Nordic Track died. After first month of running was impressive at how sturdy it felt, but did notice that pace seemed a bit easy so bought a Runn Sensor (optical speed measure meant device) which confirmed my suspicion. Anything over about 9MPH and the treadmill struggled to keep up and speed would oscillate up and down by about 0.5MPH and gets worse the faster you go.For reference I am relatively light at 145lbs and slightly above average runner (sub 17min 5k). After the first year, I noticed that the deck seemed to be getting a bit soft like running on a track. For reference I lubricate the deck/belt about every 2-3months. I had it just over 2 years now and yesterday the deck split lengthwise in the center and also destroyed the belt. After 2 years and one month of use, and I don't use it from about mid May-mid Nov unless it the weather is too dangerous to be outside.
I purchased my T202 treadmill during the pandemic for myself to use at home. This has been the best purchase I've made! The treadmill works great for what I need and I can workout all year long, no more excuses. Haven't encountered any issues thus far. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is in the market for a treadmill at home.
