We received the treadmill shortly after we ordered. The delivery service was good and assembling pretty easy. So far the treadmill works great and is very quiet when in use!

My package was so extremely damaged on delivery that I refused it, and your delivery company changed the delivery date twice due to transportation issues. Not deserving of even one star!

Great treadmill!

We are enjoying our new treadmill. I was disappointed that the belt isn't self-lubricating. Using silicone on a periodic basis is time consuming and difficult to get the tension level on both sides so the belt doesn't shift to far to one side. Still figuring out how to use the Bluetooth for music from my Android phone.

The T202 was well packaged and was delivered without any damage. It is all in one box and the box weights 235 pounds... not a lightweight so you need help getting it in the house. Slides easily on its side while in the box and is easy to maneuver to the area where it will be setup.
Very very quite in operation... even more quiet than you might imagine. Product works well and is easy to connect to a tablet.

Pretty good

Overall, a good purchase. The tread area isn’t as wide as what I was expecting. The unit is in our finished basement on solid rubber mats, but the top portion moves as I walk on the treadmill. I put it on a low incline and that helps. (FYI-I’m an average sized woman.) I imagine it would be worse with running. Good delivery. Haven’t used any apps or other electronic things yet.

Have had the T202 for a few days now. So far so good. No complaints. Seems like a pretty solid treadmill. Set up was fairly easy and can be done in under an hour.
