Great Product, Great customer service

I have had this for around a month now and I couldn't be happier. Upon arrival, there was a small chip in the plastic from shipping. Called customer service and they had a new piece on my door step within 2 weeks. We generally use this daily or every couple days. Very happy with my purchase

Great treadmill for the price point

I had researched buying a treadmill for a while before I settled on the Horizon T202, and I am so glad I chose this brand and model. While alot of other companies are focusing on live streamed workouts (Peloton, Nordic Track with iFIT, etc.) for a high price point, Horizon offer a quality treadmill for a reasonable price. While it was definitely a bit challenging to get into my basement and assemble, the work was worth it. I am 5' 8'' and the length of this treadmill is perfect for jogging/running. The motor is quiet and it feels stable. I like that you can use bluetooth to play music and the pre-programmed workouts are great. Overall, I would recommend this treadmill to anyone who is looking for a basic yet quality treadmill for a reasonable price.

Have had the T202 for a few days now. So far so good. No complaints. Seems like a pretty solid treadmill. Set up was fairly easy and can be done in under an hour.
