We took our first (domestic) flight using this large spinner bag and it had it's plusses and minuses. I like the lightweight nature and nice glide of the wheels when on smooth surfaces, such as the airport. There was ample room for one person's articles for a week-long trip. The expander option was nice and allowed for a few extra shirts and trousers. As mentioned previously, it glides nice on smooth surfaces, but once you take it outside on the sidewalk it does not navigate bumps easily. Additionally, the pop-up plastic handle twists and bends as you push the bag, and I was very worried the handle was going to snap off. This is the main reason I am giving this bag a 3/5 star rating. I cannot see this lasting more than a few trips, and I am not confident taking this to Europe and navigating short bouts on old city sidewalks and streets. I would prefer to sacrifice a little weight savings and have a metal handle opposed to this plastic one. Ultimately, would recommend this product? No.

The luggage was already damaged, the shipping box was almost in pieces, barely taped together. I wonder why the damage was so obvious but could still be shipped to customer!
