[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my honest review.
My son is obsessed with Lego sets, particularly the City theme, so this Lego Van is the perfect addition to his collection. The box contained everything he needed to build the van and he had no trouble going through the direction booklet himself. With 3 bags containing 276 pieces total, it's a great size for a 5 year old to build independently. It took him about an hour to build and will provide him hours of play.
Once completed, this Lego is an adorable replica of a delivery van, complete with a hand truck to help the unloading process. The wheels move fluidly with no issues and he loves being able to open the back of the truck for loading. My son has a delivery semi-truck and he's already playing with them together, taking "boxes" from one to the other for "deliveries".
We love Lego at our house and I think this is a great smaller kit to get kids started with following instructions and building sets solo.
