My son is 7 and this was perfect for his skill level, I would not say the build difficulty is for ages 10 and up, he needed no help with his build so I would definitely say it is more an 8 and up. it is super sturdy and he loves playing make believe Minecraft with it so its really fun for him!
I had plenty of fun building this set, and I greatly enjoy the fact that you can pose it and swap the eyes too! My only real gripes with it are how noisy the "texture" is and how the tail is too heavy to keep up, but otherwise it's absolutely worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved the LEGO The FOX and it ended up being such a great gift for the young LEGO and Minecraft fans in my life. From the moment they opened it, they were excited to start building, and it kept them fully engaged the whole time.
The build is really well designed and detailed without being overwhelming. The finished fox looks just like it does in Minecraft. What I love most is how interactive it is. The legs move and the head can be adjusted and even the eyes can be changed.
It’s been fun seeing them play with it after building it. It looks great on a shelf so it works great as both a toy and a display piece.
Overall, this was a really big hit and thoughtful gift idea for any Minecraft or Lego fans.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son really enjoyed building this Lego Minecraft Fox. The set says 10 and up but my 7 year old was able to build it easily. The head and appendages move and it’s very sturdy. Love using the Lego app to help with building and no need to keep the booklet for future builds when it’s stored in the app. My son loves all things Lego!
