straps are terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although was excited to use this bag for all of its features, space and its good looks, the straps are absolutely awful! The straps to the backpack are extremely hard and although they look to be padded, it’s virtually some crunchy stiff foam sewn in. Because of the stiffness, which also makes a cheap foam sound when you squeeze it, they cut into the backpack of your neck (an I’m a petite person). I’m really surprised, that with all the thoughtful parts of this bag, that someone could approve the low quality and poor design of what you need to make a backpack functional.

Best travel backpack

I am amazed at how much this travel backpack can fit. I was worried about my 16 inch macbook since it didn't seem very padded, but with the weight of my stuff on top of it, plus my feet on it during 10 hour flights, everything was okay. It fits under a standard seat, but the flight attendants may think it isn't pushed under all the way as it sticks out more than a normal backpack would. However it fits most airline requirements for a personal item so if push ever came to shove they can measure it if they'd like. My only complaint is that if you stuff one compartment to the max you may not have room in a secondary compartment for something else. I wish there was some stretch material or extension ability with the other compartments.

You can easily pack for a weekend trip with this bag plus any extras you may have. The water bottle pocket unzips to fit any size!!! The strap let's me put it on my suitcase handle but also fits so comfortable as a backpack. If you are a traveler this is a must!!

I really like the compartment for my laptop and that I can put my charger through it. I love all of the compartments and that it allows me to pack a lot of items in the backpack while also being small enough to be my carry on item. I also like that some of the compartments are waterproof to protect my items. You can carry it as a backpack, shoulder bag or briefcase.
