[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received my Alliance 3pc luggage. I have yet been able to reset the combination lock on the M and L bag. I read the instructions. Watched numerous YouTube videos and still cannot change the combination from the preset combo. Emailed support only to get a pre populated response referring me to the directions I have already read. Leaving for my trip Saturday, so no time to return luggage. So disappointing!
