Terrible warranty Great idea, poor design.

Was good until the liner came out and the lock broke. Once it comes out a bit it is useless. Supposed to have a limited 10yr warranty yet when I started repair claim it said the product was out of warranty. No idea how that is possible for a product that isn't 10yrs old. Didn't even let me submit a warranty claim forced me straight to a repair option. Warranty is basically a bait and switch.
Even without the lock breaking like it did this luggage is very hit or miss with closing properly. The no-zipper idea is nice in theory but not very reliable in practice. Several times I thought I had it perfectly lined up and only half the locks would catch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect and beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited when I saw it because it was so cool- looking and the color it's amazing and beautiful, very eye-catching, the size is just perfect for a regular trip, has different pockets inside, sturdy material outside, and durable material inside, easy to carry, weights the right amount, easy to lock and unlock.

It also has a combination lock that was easy to set with your own numbers. I love that it has a lock. Most suitcases don't. Overall a very well made and sturdy case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first really nice piece of luggage I’ve had for myself really and I love it. The box when it arrived was pretty heavy so I needed to push it in my house but there’s so many cool things about it. The look is very modern, comes with a lock system thing and the wheels on the bottom are the best part besides the storage sections.
