[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is great just based on the locking mechanism alone. No zippers and just opens and closes with a click. I had it packed almost to the max weight of 50 lbs for a 10 day trip and had no issues. It’s also very lightweight on its one. Would recommend!

Terrible warranty Great idea, poor design.

Was good until the liner came out and the lock broke. Once it comes out a bit it is useless. Supposed to have a limited 10yr warranty yet when I started repair claim it said the product was out of warranty. No idea how that is possible for a product that isn't 10yrs old. Didn't even let me submit a warranty claim forced me straight to a repair option. Warranty is basically a bait and switch.
Even without the lock breaking like it did this luggage is very hit or miss with closing properly. The no-zipper idea is nice in theory but not very reliable in practice. Several times I thought I had it perfectly lined up and only half the locks would catch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
