Terrible material

This suitcase is stylish and lightweight. However, after just one use it was completely scratched up and dirty. The salesman stated that it cleans easily and that was the main reason we purchased it. I tried cleaning it but barely anything came off. The outer material is not sturdy like other samsonite suitcases. It is highly prone to dirt and scratching. I expected better quality since my other samsonite luggage is great and doesn't get scraped up or dirty as much. Such an expensive bag... I wish I could return it!
Pros: Easy To Access Items, Lightweight, Stylish
Cons: Poor Quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just used it for the first time after my previous suitcase got tore up on a flight. Great quality, very durable. Wheels are very sturdy and spin great unlike some similar bags. Got many compliments on it. Already got back on and purchased the larger size for long trips. This bag is the perfect size for a week long trip, I overpack and still had extra room. Very lightweight.

First time use and already scratched

So frustrated that my brand new bag already has scratches on it after the first time using it. I purposely used it as a carryon so that it wouldn't get tossed around. My first flight had limited overhead space and had to valayed. That was all it took!
Pros: Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Lightweight
Cons: Poor Quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
