I only ordered one set. I got 6 different minifigures. I wasn't expecting that so it was a pleasant surprise. This is my favorite minifigure series set. I have hundreds of Minifigures and these are by far some of the most stand out for uniqueness. Fin arms for the goldfish. Wing arms for the peacock. Tails and other one of a kind items. I highly recommend this set for gifting or display.

I ordered two of the boxes of 6. I was so excited to open all 12 and I got the whole set - no duplicates! They are awesome and I'm so glad I bought two boxes. I made a stand for them and they are a great addition. I'm not normally into buying just minifigures however these were so irresistable.

This is actually the first CMF series I have bought in a few years or so, I love everything about these figures, I am surprised that I pulled half of the set, now to buy two more boxes and hope for the other half

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LEGO.com used to sell the 6-pack CMFs with 2 variants, so collectors would get a complete set without multiple purchases. Now, you must buy 3, making it easier for in-store scalpers to raise resale prices inorganicly, like Pokemon Card packs. I do like the lime green figure bases, new to this line. I've saved them back for custom builds and signature figure-painting

So I bought 3 boxes and 24 singles. Between all that I only got 1 complete set. I thought this was a really cute set, but I am so disappointed to end up with that many duplicates. There really has to be a better way. Or LEGO could go back to letting us just buy a complete case. I have bought more than what would be in a case and only 1 set to show for it.
