Decent heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will say this thing gives off a decent amount of heat for it's size. I am so far not disappointed. I like how it has a special feature that if knocked over it turns off. My only major issue is that I wish it used a remote. It would be a lot more user friendly if it had this feature.

It has 3 different settings to control how much heat you want. Has a safety feature of an automatic shutoff as well. If your looking for a good working heater, I would recommend this.

Perfect Portability Heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My SHARPER IMAGE tower heater came at a perfect time. It’s winter and it can get cold. This heater is compact but packs a punch. It has three heat settings ( 750w/1100w/1500w) and a fan setting. It has an auto shut-off safety feature. The tip over feature is perfect since we have grandchildren and pets. Should the heater accidentally tip over it will automatically shut off. I really like that the outer housing is cool to the touch since I worry about my grandchildren accidentally getting burned. SHARPER IMAGE really cares about safety. Cleaning is easy. My vacuum does the job! I just vacuum out the vents. I usually clean it weekly if I’m consistently using this heater. We also take this heater to the cabin just in case we need it. It’s light weight, easy to pack and very portable.

Works really well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable space heater works really well. The controls make it very simple to operate. I tried it out in two separate spaces, an 18' x 18' living area with a high ceiling, and a 9' x 10' office space with normal ceiling height. The heater performed very well in the larger room, especially considering the amount of air space to be heated. And it worked great in the smaller room. I will now be able to use my central heat more sparingly during certain times of the year. AAA+++

A must have working from home

The Sharper Image RISE 20H tower heater is my best friend in my make shift work from home office. But it really is great so the kids can play in the basement. Not only warms it up for them , we feels safe with the advanced safety features , a parents best friend !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a week or so ago and it works great. I love that it has a temperature control. It's a little noisy. And there was that awful smell that all heaters have the first time they are used. Over all no major complaints. It's about a foot and a half to two feet tall. You're not to have it on a table or stand. The sides stay cool to the touch but make sure not to touch the front. If you have small children in the home I do not recommend this heater as they will get burned. Same with pets.

Warms Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Rise tower heater for a small space. It has three settings for the fan level. There is also a safety switch underneath the heater that turns it off if it is tipped over. It has a plastic casing that when it heats up it has an odor as if it is melting, so I don't run it too long. Overall it is useful to provide heat, but it cannot be left unattended.
