So quiet and quick to heat

I have several of the Vornado products, including 2 of these. You need to read the instructions to understand pushing Power to get into the various modes. The remote, as many say, is near field, and I dont even know where they are. I also recommend their yellow/black floor fans. I have 3 of those. They circulate an amazing amount of air and not only good in the shop, but for drying out carpet after shampooing . ALSO I think they should add under "where did you purchase" a "both", as I have done for several of their products

I bought this a few weeks ago, because my landlord is slow about turning the boiler on in my building. I bought this model especially because I wanted a remote control so I do not have to leave my bed at night when I'm all toasty and warm. It works great. I really like that it reads the ambient temp in the room, to compare with the temp you have set it at. It's a challenge to use on hardwood floors, however, because the anti-tipping sensor is very sensitive and it's very easy for the device not to read an uneven floor. It seems to work best on carpet. It's quiet and delightful. I have always used cheapo heaters before, and cannot believe I wasted so much of my life doing that. This heater is a PERFECT compliment to landlord-controlled radiator heating in an apartment.

I bought a year ago (5) one the fan quit working and 2 of them the touch part slower to work - we have purchased a new one there needs to be some kind of warranty

This is my second Vornado heater. The older one is about 5 years old, heats the Family Room nicely, the new one is for the Main floor to take chill off when heating system is not on. This new TAVH10 is great, like how easily it can be set.

I bought this heater for work and targeted this unit because it has a timer. My office is very cold in the summer and winter so I use a heater all year. This heater is VERY QUIET and keeps the office warm. I use the timer and do not have to worry about whether or not I turned the heater off when I am home at the end of the day. Additionally, Vornado provides some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I will absolutely continue to think of Vornado first when shopping for heaters and fans.
