Awesome little heater

I have two of these in my basement. It keeps everything toasty and they run pretty quietly too. I like that they don’t get hot to the touch because one is in my children’s play area and they won’t get hurt if they touch it. But it keeps their space super warm and comfy.

I use this in my cubical at work and it heats perfectly on low. It is very cool to the touch I am getting another for use at home in our bedroom, its cool enough to not have to worry about the dog, or our toddler getting burnt if they touch it. If you're expecting this to heat an entire room you will be disappointed but to heat a small space or part of a room its perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

300 Cubic Inch Room

I'm using the Vornado VH203 in an office a bit less than 300 cubic inches (5x6x10). I use it on max setting, and it gets the room comfortable, then I'll either turn it off or switch to the low setting. It takes just a bit of time to heat the whole room; it won't become overwhelmingly hot, but it will be cozy. I use the fan about 3-4 feet away from me for a nice comfortable heat on me. It has a fan, it sounds like a fan, like any appliance that has a fan. It continuously runs, unlike other heaters that turn off after a bit of time. It is decent.

First Try, First and Last Disappointment

My First try for this brand and heater but my bad it just last for 3 weeks. And I just used it for several days. I liked it cause it keeps me warm on my desk but my bad for the price... it didn't last long. I need a new one but not with this brand.... so disappointing.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Not Durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's ok, but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little heater does a good job if your intention is to use it in a small place (bathroom, office cubicle) but to heat anything more is not feasible. It is a bit loud and rattles and this prohibits me from using it at night but when sitting in my office it just becomes background noise and not too noticeable. The smell is bothersome. I know some plastic items give off a smell when new but this heater still has that smell and should have been aired out. Maybe the heat makes it more prominent??? It's not enough to make you feel icky but it is worth the mention. Also of note, if you intend to move this heater around frequently in a portable fashion the heater will turn off every time. It has a safety switch that turns the unit off when the unit is moved. I assume this is so that if it falls over the heater will turn off so no fire occurs. Overall, the heater is nice in functions properly and is worth the amount paid. As long as you don't expect it to heat a whole room or to be your primary heat source you should not be disappointed.
Pros: Compact, Stable Base
Cons: Lacks Adjustability, Loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work in an office that is always cold, i use this to maintain my body temp and keep it under my desk blowing warm air on me. Its lightweight and sits on a solid base. It puts out enough heat to keep me comfortable. I would recommend this for such uses but have a rowenta for home use and love that heater as it puts out much more heat.

Works perfect for large open room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this in my 700 square foot basement. We are currently working on the basement and the heater keeps it warm when the weather gets below 40 degrees. (That's the coldest it's been since the purchase so I'm not sure how it will work with temperatures below freezing.) the heater is surprisingly powerful for being the size of a personal heater. It's quiet and doesn't overheat on the outside. I would definitely recommend this heater!
