We already had one of these heaters, to warm up our north-facing kitchen. It really works well— the room warms up so quickly I like that it cuts off when tipped or picked up — great safety feature.

Somewhat disappointed. I bought this to use in a 10' x 12' room that has no heat coming from the furnace. It nowhere near heats the room. If you're a few feet away it just feels like it's blowing cold air. In a room that has a heat duct it can help with the heat, but that wasn't my purpose for getting it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love how quiet this heater is and how it can be programmed to maintain a specific temperature. I don't use it to heat a whole room, but it is very good just heating around me and my desk in my home office. If you are new to Vornado, the tornado effect makes the heater more efficient the further away from you it is. I would be again.

We already had a VH200 for a few years and we loved it. We decided to purchase two more recently. With the three of them, we can heat our home over 2000+ square feet as good at using our 5 ton heat pump. Saving money and very happy.
