A fabulous humidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in the Pacific Northwest and it can get really dry so a humidifier is essential. What I love about this humidifier is that it looks beautiful, but it also covers a wide area of space and it actually moisturizes the air efficiently. Some of my favorite features are the timer and how you can set the temperature. Refilling is pretty simple just be careful how high you place it.
Overall, I think it’s a great value for the space that I have. Plus, my plants enjoy the extra moisture.

The top-fill design makes refilling quick and spill-free, even during busy days.
We like having the option for warm or cool mist depending on the season.
It runs quietly and covers a large room, which helps keep everyone comfortable.

Great product with dual mist choices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is actually pretty cool. I like that it has a cool mist and a warm mist setting, and that you can turn the lights off at night so you don't see it. The mist is very visible, so that is something to note. You are going to see the mist when it is blowing in the air. I like that it has a digital screen, and I can specifically set the % of humidity I want, whereas with other models I've had, it's kind of a dial and a guess. This is a great product for any home, and I do enjoy that you can lift up the canister and bring it to the sink, and then the top slides off so you don't have to worry about it popping off. This is definitely something I'm going to be using this winter to help combat that dry air. One thing to note is that all humidifiers seen to trigger air m purifiers to run.

This humidifier packs a punch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This humidifier is so fun, even my cat wanted to see what we were setting up. It’s nice, sleek, and looks good in the kitchen, living room, or the basement (where it ultimately ended up being set). Very impressed with the capacity and how much square feet it covers. You can tell it made a visible difference to the air quality in each of the rooms. Super easy to operate - can’t wait to try the aromatherapy function soon!

I ordered this to replace a Bonair U350 that quit working. I cannot hear this when it is running. It works great so far. I hope it lasts longer than the 4 years the U350 did. I am a fan of Vornado. I own 2 other fans and a heater .All of them still work great.

I've used this for several weeks now and performs better than expected. When looking for a good humidifier, Vornado was the first place I looked because they always have quality products ( I own several Vornado fans).

Poorly-designed

The process of refilling the tank via the top-fill inlet is slow and tedious and requires care so that water doesn't drip into the base. Water that makes it into the base creates an ideal environment for mold growth without frequent cleaning. The best way to refill the tank is to remove the front top-fill inlet plate and slide the white carrying handle plate back off the water tank, defeating the point of the top-fill inlet. Despite these demerits, I still give it two stars for being good at humidifying a whole room.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
